Jefferson-Madison Regional Library Summer Reading Challenge is a FREE Summer Reading Program that started June 1 and ends August 31, 2019. All ages can participate in the program and earn prizes!
Individuals can pick up the first challenge sheet at all JMRL locations. Once you complete any five challenges on the sheet after June 1 and bring it back to any JMRL location- you get a prize! You’ll be entered into a drawing for a grand prize at the end of the summer!
After July 1, you can pick up your second challenge sheet, complete any five challenges, and turn it in for another prize and grand prize entry!
Lastly, pick up your third challenge sheet, complete any five challenges, and turn it in after August 1 for a prize and a final grand prize entry!
Want to complete more than 5 challenges on your sheet? Earn an extra grand prize entry for each additional 5 challenges you complete on each month’s sheet.
Grand prize drawings will held after the program ends August 31. Prizes will be available for children from birth – grade 5, teens from grades 6-12, and adults. Winners will be drawn at each JMRL location for children, teens, and adults.

Children: Gift card to Barnes and Noble or another local bookstore (check with your local branch)
Teen: Amazon gift card
Adult: Amazon Kindle
